Meet the Team: Customer Care Extraordinaire!Posted On May 31, 2019
Katie is our Customer Care Representative. Essentially she does a lot of outreach on behalf of Northern Honda.
“I stay in touch with our customers after they have purchased their vehicles. I let them know when their lease or financing is coming to an end, so they can plan for any future vehicle needs,” she explains.
Katie also handles a lot of incoming requests as well.
“Whenever someone has a question about their lease, or financing I can answer it for them. I’m their first point of contact for anything they need to know about those sorts of things,” she adds.
“One thing that keeps me VERY busy is internet sales enquiries,” she says.
“I answer all the incoming emails when people start their shopping online. While people still love seeing the vehicles in person and doing test drives, more and more people every year like to start with email questions. I’m the person who makes sure they get all of their answers,” states Katie.
When she’s not working hard at the dealership, Katie says she spends a lot of time with her two dogs and describes herself as a “dog lover.” She finds shopping relaxing, and says when she needs a laugh she watches “Keeping up with the Kardashians”.
