Pulled into the lot with loose lug nuts on one wheel. Service was closed as it was the weekend but a sales man named Josh came out to help me and torque all my wheels. I can 100% recommend this dealership!
I recently called NORTHERN Honda to get a quote for a 2025 CRV hybrid. I asked for an all in price. The salesman that took the call, followed my instructions and provided me with a timely quote exactly as I asked. I had asked two other dealers to do the same thing so all three dealers would have exactly the same criteria. The dealer that won, the business was only $200 less in price than NORTHERN. The third dealer salesman was argumentative and wanted to know the other two dealer prices. That dealer was the most expensive. Unfortunately, only one dealer can win the business. The salesman at nORTHERN Honda was extremely professional and I would not hesitate recommending NORTHERN Honda.
Great service overall. Service department has the sweetest people. Calistus and Trish are the best. Would recommend to anyone!
