Parts, Service and Sales Protocol changes
We have updated our protocols to promote physical distancing measures and support the safety of our staff, customers and community. Our showroom continues to be closed, operating online and available by email, text, video conferencing, or live chat.
Following the lead of Health Canada to ensure our customer and employee safety, we have designed a process to keep our service department open while doing everything to protect everyone. Our service entrances will not be freely accessible, nor will there be a need to come in close contact with our staff. We now have a no-contact service experience by appointment only:
Your Service Experience
- Pre-book your appointment by calling us at 705 476-0206, online at https://www.northernhonda.comor by emailing email@example.com
- Drop off your vehicle using our Night Drop Box & key envelopes- please park in our service parking on the east side of the building.
- Once you are checked in, our advisor staff will communicate with you via phone and/or text to confirm your service requests.
- When your vehicle is ready you will be able to pay over the phone by credit card only.
- Invoices and vehicle inspection reports will be emailed to you or left in your vehicle.
- During your pick up, please contact your advisor and he will place the keys in your vehicle.
- Your key and all touchpoints in the vehicle will be sanitized upon arrival and return.
- Consider our new valet service, if it is not convenient for you to drop your vehicle off for a length of time.
All Parts requests can be made by calling the parts direct line at 705-476-0611 Or by emailing Dean at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can arrange credit card payment over the phone and drop your order outside our doors.

Effective Monday, April, 6th our sales department at the dealership has been closed and is operating from our virtual showroom!
