Just want to let you know I was very pleased with service on my 2017 Accord Coupe recently. I had the summer tires put on and winter ones stored. As always, Greg greeted me promptly with a smile and jolly chat, and had processed the service papers quickly. After doing other business in North Bay, I returned to pick up my clean, summer wheeled vehicle ready to roll. Next day, dropped by to get the tires torqued. Thank you to all in the service dept for the smooth process and friendliness.
I’ve been dealing with Northern Honda since 2013 and have nothing but good things to say about them. Very professional and great service. Darren Davis, Greg and Shane have been great to deal with. I live out of town and they have been able to take me in on short notice when I call. Hope to be dealing with them for many more years to come.

I was driving thru torrential rain on Tues. and my wipers wouldn’t work properly. Couldn’t see very well. Panic set in. I pulled into Northern Honda and they took the car, Honda Civic, into the bay almost immediately. They drove me home and picked me up. Service was absolutely great and very much appreciated. The service I received…was excellent. I now feel much more confident when I am driving, and driving with new Michelin tires is so much smoother. Besides new tires, they washed my car! I don’t think anyone can beat that service!

One would assume partaking in a 3 hour drive for car service would be considered an inconvenient pain. We live in Haileybury. We can honestly say that the opposite is true in the case of your company. We have made a number of trips to your service department and each time everyone there has made the visit effortless and indeed enjoyable.
What wonderful service! I was invited to relax in your lovely waiting area or a shuttle to wherever I wanted to go.I had asked for a shuttle to the mall, and within a few minutes a car was there to pick me up. I had a great time shopping and a quick phone call had my shuttle coming back to pick me up…I really felt that I was being looked after. The staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome. It did not matter what department we went into, somebody was there to ask if they could help out with anything, or just on the way by say hello. It is a a great atmosphere
They took the time to talk about the features in a concise, logical way. (Started on left side of driver to explain the icons/buttons and proceeded across the interior). He took the time to set up Scott’s iphone for bluetooth and was helpful with the technical details. I felt confident when I proudly drove off the lot.
