Driving to Nipissing from Tennessee I received two warning lights on the dashboard of my 2014 Pilot. I went to Northern Honda and once the repair was started I was back on the road in 40 minutes. My personal thanks to Derek Buffett and the Shop staff. I also want to thank Ron Lauzon, Joshua Dean, Mike Trahan and Zach Demers for making me feel right at home while I waited. Thank you all!

Yesterday I had a problem with my dash screen going black. I took my Civic into the Northern Honda around 11am, and while I didn't have an appointment, they were able to diagnose the problem, and at the very end of the work day, able to get the part ordered, and installed, in time for me to leave in a trip out of town. I could have had a rental, but the service staff, went above and beyond to make sure I had my own car for my trip. This is one of many reasons why I love Honda!

I would 100% recommend Northern Honda and all of their staff to everyone! They are amazing, friendly people who go above and beyond to make your experience with them seamless and pleasant. I especially recommend their service staff! I have never left without feeling immensely satisfied with the service I have had.
